• 3 days’ payment has to be deposited at the time of confirming reservation. Balance retreat price to be deposited 30 days prior to arrival date.
• All deposits/payments need to be made via online transfer/cheque/demand draft to our below mentioned bank account:

Pema reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of above- mentioned advance/final payments as per schedule. Pema Wellness also reserves the right to cancel the booking in case the guest furnishes wrong medical information or found unsuitable for the treatment for clinical or other reasons.

However, the below mentioned cancellation policy will be applicable in general:

Terms and conditions:

• Cancellations made 20 days prior to the date of arrival will attract no retention; however, INR 4000 per room will be charged as service charge for refunding the amount deposited through online payment gateway.
• Cancellation made within 20-15 days of arrival will attract 50% of the total retreat price.
• Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival will attract 100% of the total retreat price.
• No-show on check-in date would qualify for no refund and cancellation of booking. Earlier than scheduled check-out would amount to 100% of original booking charges.

If the guest intends to re-schedule the booking, he/she is entitled to get services of equivalent value of the booked amount without any deductions. In such an event the user must send a specific request over email at least 1 Week prior to their expected check-in date and get confirmation of the revised reservation (within 3 months’ max subject to availability of slot for the service). Please note only one-time re-scheduling is allowed. The variance amount if any for the services being offered will be charged as per the current prices.
