I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity of staying at Pema. It has completely changed my perspective on life and my mind and body has transformed. Pema Wellness Centre is a sanctuary on Earth, by the Bay of Bengal.
Run by Dr Murthy, Dr Sarath together with Mr Prahalad, Dr Murugan, Mr. Rajiv Bali Standard Chef plus a team of dedicated staff. I came with my husband who suffers from spinal stenosis and prolapsed discs and thus has been in immense pain with mobility. We are indebted to this team for their care and services as my husband has seen a marked improvement in his pain relief and is walking tall. Naturopathy and yoga science is truly the new medicine. The option of Allopathic complex surgery is no longer a standalone option. I too have had a good detox and inches loss which is always welcoming Thank you so much to each and every member of the staff at Pema. We look forward to our next visit.

I would like to tell you about my WELLNESS MANTRA- my wellness mantra as of today is PEMA. This is in Vizag, I would say Switzerland of India. I got treated here for a week for detoxification and other things. A wellness centre with a holistic approach and goodness of Naturopathy, Yoga, Ayurveda, Aqua Zumba and more than anything a place which means business. It’s a place where they care for people one on one. The food though vegetarian is excellent, never thought vegetarian food could taste this good. I am v happy and plan to come back almost every month. The staff from doctors to everyone are excellent with the best doctor Dr Murthy to treat you. I am feeling refreshed , going back with a happy smile and going to miss everything here.

I was here, by the sea at Pema Wellness resort –Vizag . It was a wonderful 7-day treatment programme. Very very well equipped, reasonable, sensible treatments, staff, therapists and great food. It sort of instilled a discipline in me. I am feeling invigorated and re active now. I have been searching for this and I am sure I will keep coming back. It’s going to be another holiday home. I love the ambiance and the international standard of rooms & other facilities. I am sure you all will love it. I thought of sharing my experiences with you all as I usually share all good things. I am Dr Rishma Pai , a Gynaecologist and this is my first trip to any wellness retreat. It has been a life changing and attitude changing experience for me. I suffer from various allergies and sinusitis and have to take a lot of medication. However, since I have come here except for the first day, I have taken no medicine. I feel, sometimes for chronic issues alternate therapies like massages yogic kriyas, yoga, therapeutic diet in fact going back to nature does help a lot. So it has been a wonderful, relaxing experience . I could manage to get time to myself to eat healthy and introspect as to how we are going to lead our lives in a healthy manner. So I am very very happy and look forward to coming back again in the future.
